Rufus Constable is an associate at Floyd Zadkovich, advising clients in relation to commodities, international trade and the energy sector on both non-contentious and contentious matters. He works with International trading houses, P&I Clubs, Shipowners, Ship Builders and Purchasers on navigating the legal complexities of cross-border transactions and disputes.

Rufus has extensive experience advising on EPC contacts, L&O agreements, LMAA and High Court disputes, regulatory frameworks and has played a leading role in resolving matters relating to a number of different forms of disputes, including charterparty, shipbuilding and offshore energy contracts.

Before joining Floyd Zadkovich, Rufus gained experience at a premier top tier shipping firm where he trained and obtained invaluable experience.

Rufus has further enhanced his commercial insight through a secondment at a major Swiss commodities trading house,  working closely the legal and commodities trading tam on both contentious and non-contentious matters
