Lucy Noble is an associate at Floyd Zadkovich, advising and acting for clients in the maritime sector and related cross-border disputes. Lucy works with a range of participants across the maritime sector, including shipowners, charterers and bunker suppliers.
Lucy routinely acts as lead associate on disputes arising under charterparties, bills of lading and shipbuilding contracts. These disputes span both arbitration and litigation, and often involve a cross-border security or enforcement element. Lucy has also developed specific experience assisting clients with disputes arising out of both the liner trade and the transportation of LNG.
Lucy has further enhanced her commercial and operational insight through secondments with a household name container line and a leading global marine fuel supplier. Whilst on secondment, Lucy worked closely with both legal and commercial colleagues to provide day to day advisory to key stakeholders, and was also tasked with managing ongoing litigation and arbitration proceedings.
