Our firm, Floyd Zadkovich, shares client and private information across its two entities, Floyd Zadkovich (US) LLP and Floyd Zadkovich LLP. We use cloud based storage facilities and the same legal practice management software to hold client files. As such, information and data is necessarily shared between the two entities and accessible by the partners and employees of both entities. By accepting our terms and conditions, you are providing informed consent to such sharing of information between our two affiliated entities. However, as set out in our legal notice, Floyd Zadkovich operates from two separate legal entities and information held by each entity is distinguishable from the other.

We do not share your private information with third parties unless the sharing is: approved by you; a part of our handling your legal case/project; in the usual processing an application for employment; or compelled under applicable laws. We seek to treat your information with the confidence and security.
